当研究室はフィールドワーク、顕微鏡観察いとわず、意欲的に菌類の研究に取り組もうというポストドクター、大学院生(修士あるいは博士)、学部生の来訪をいつでも歓迎します！
ある特定の菌群や、菌類が関わる現象に興味がある場合には、広くどのような菌類を題材としてもらっても構いません。

Our research members cover all fungal groups (slime molds, chytrids, blastoclads, Zygomycetes, Trichomycetes, yeasts, mushrooms, and lichens) and fungi used for fermented foods.
Our laboratory always welcomes the visit of postdoctoral researchers, graduate and undergraduate students, and independent researchers who are willing to work on natural history of fungi!
